Ron Paul For President - Thoughts?

What do my blogger friends think of one of our fine presidential candidates, Ron Paul for the 2012 presidency?

...cause personally I think he's the man.

  1. He seems like it. But you have hope for some and nothing happens. Even still, he's got more backbone to my taking a liking to him, so I hope for the best.

  4. I'm not an American, but my Hubby is. Didn't Paul run once and then drop out? But he's right about taxes. Federal income tax was deemed a violation of the Constitution until Wilson brought it back. And then the 16th ammendment saddled you with it. I have dual citizenship, I have to know these things.

  15. I disagree with some of his policies; I believe that government oversight at some level is a necessity (see: Upton Sinclair's The Jungle, and Fast Food Nation -- the role of a business is to maximize profit, which will, at every opportunity, take precedence over costly regulations [e.g., workplace safety]). However, I do agree that we should end our foreign and drug wars.

  16. I disagree with some of it, but he is clearly a man with true intentions.
I believe that HE believes what he says.
